Strategic Oversight and Risk Management:
Steered and monitored risks in business, service and external areas throughout the design, build, funding and operational (DBFO) phases of the scheme. Iterative planning techniques were employed and proactive contingency plans executed. Close collaboration with air and ground operations ensured minimal operational impact.
Technology Rollout and Digital Transformation:
Orchestrated an airport-wide digital upgrade, affecting both Ground-to-Ground (G2G) and Air-to-Ground (A2G) communications. The transition of over 3,000 users and 20 organisations onto a unified digital platform was successfully completed within a two-year period.
ICT Airfield Programme Leadership (2015–2017):
Led the IT deliverables for an Information & Communication Technology (ICT) programme. Responsibilities included facilitating RFI and RFP processes with IT, Airfield Operations and ANSP stakeholders for a seamless transition from analogue to digital platforms.
Compliance and Vendor Management:
Worked with key third-party vendors to construct CAA safety cases. These ensured that risk management, quality assurance and execution adhered to ISO9001 guidelines.
